At Kitch Clothing, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
